Meet the Teacher
I'm Daire Halpin - an opera singer and mammy to two lively kids. I recently retrained as a Pilates teacher (REPS and ITEC certified) and Physiotherapy Assistant.
I'm also the founder of Sheela.ie - a company that promotes Pelvic Health Education for Women.
I founded Sheela.ie to give women access to the knowledge and tools they need to live their lives free from the fear and uncertainty pelvic floor issues can bring.
Pilates is a fantastic fit for Sheela as Pilates focuses on building strength from the core outwards and is often recommended for people with pelvic floor issues. The pelvic floor is the base of the core so it forms the foundation of everything we'll be doing in this Pilates class.
