What?
A half day retreat which brings together movement, relaxation, nutrition, and skincare to inspire you to build healthy habits to support your body and mind.
Daire Halpin from Sheela.ie will take us through a women's health focused Pilates and relaxation session designed to strengthen your body and soothe your nervous system.
Nutrition and Health Coach, Rachel Mathews, will talk us through some simple ways to boost your energy with food and show us how to make some delicious snacks to enjoy on the day.
Rebecca Healy from Face Sculpt Studio will finish the day with some Face Yoga and facial massage.

The Schoolhouse is located behind Monkstown Church of Ireland in the middle of the village. There is plenty of on street parking on both sides of the building.
Cost
The cost for the day is €79
This includes teas/coffees and snacks as well as some goodies to take home on the day.
Places are limited as this is a small venue. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Meet the Presenters
Daire Halpin - Sheela.ie
Daire Halpin is an opera singer, mammy, Pilates and Yoga teacher, and pelvic health coach. She is passionate about sharing the knowledge and tools women need to take care of their bodies.
She runs a website, Sheela.ie, with free resources to help women navigate challenges with their pelvic health, Her Pelvic Floor Restore in person exercise classes help women build strength and flexibility and soothe their nervous systems. She also works with clients on a one-to-one basis.
Rachel Mathews - Rachel M Nutrition
Rachel is a Certified Nutrition & Lifestyle coach known for her practical and sustainable approach. She helps clients make realistic food choices that enhance mood, energy and mental clarity. In this talk, she will chat through the small, gentle shifts in how we eat that can transform how we feel – energy, hormones and well being!
She'll show you how truly nourishing yourself can feel simple, satisfying, and entirely doable — no rules, no restriction, just kindness and good science.
Rebecca Healy - Face Sculpt Studio
Rebecca began her career in the beauty industry over 20 years ago and has since added many more strings to her bow, including yoga, aromatherapy, reflexology and now FaceSculpting!
She brings a beautiful, intuitive touch to her work and is, of course, results oriented & loves sharing the benefits of face yoga and the natural way of caring for your face.
